What we collect
When you join the Puffins waitlist, we collect your email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your first name, size, and favorite design. We also record that you confirmed you're 18 or older and the time you signed up.
How we use it
We use your information only to send you updates about Puffins Pants, such as product news, sample-testing opportunities, design voting, and pre-order and launch announcements. Your size and design choices help us decide what to make first.
We never sell or share your email
We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your email address or other information with anyone for their own use. If we use an email service to send our updates, that provider may process your email only to deliver our messages on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
How we protect it
Your information is stored on our secured server in a private location that isn't accessible from the web. We use a single session cookie to protect our signup form from spam. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@puffinspants.com.
Adults only
Puffins Pants is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we'll delete any such information we learn about.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
